Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. white chocolate
1 box Ritz crackers
peanut butter

Preparation

Spread peanut butter on crackers as sandwiches, 2 crackers at a time.
Melt the white chocolate in double boiler.
Carefully dip peanut butter sandwiches in white chocolate.
Turn; place on waxed paper to harden.
Makes 65 cookies.
