No-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. water (cold)
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening.
    Mix together the egg, vinegar and water.
    Add liquids to dry ingredients.
    Divide into 4 balls. Freezes well in balls or rolled pie crusts.
