Ritzy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 chicken breasts, double
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers
salt
pepper
poppy seed
2/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Cook chicken, debone and chop into bite size pieces.
Combine soup and sour cream.
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken into bottom of greased casserole dish (13 x 9-inch). Top with soup mixture.
Melt margarine and combine with crushed Ritz crackers.
Add poppy seed for looks.
Top casserole with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes (covered).
