Holiday Raisin Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins (dark)
1/2 c. raisins (golden)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add oil and eggs. Stir in carrots and remaining ingredients.
Pour into 2 well-greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
