Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves Pepperidge Farm very thin white bread*
    1 lb. cream cheese, softened
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut the crusts off the pieces of bread and roll out very thin.
    Cream together the cream cheese, egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Spread a layer of filling on each piece of bread and roll up like a jelly roll.
    Combine melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
    Dip each roll-up into this mixture and line in a baking dish.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    These are good warm or at room temperature.
    Yield: 44 blintzes.
