Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 rounded Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add color, eggs and vanilla.
    Sift flour, cocoa and salt 3 times.
    Add dry ingredients and buttermilk and alternately, dry ingredients last.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Fold in vinegar and soda.
    Do not beat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
