Rotel Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 Tbsp. flakes or fresh onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    10 to 12 small potatoes, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a bowl, mix Ro-Tel tomatoes, Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, water, onion, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes in a greased baking dish. Place margarine slice on top and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
