Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    20 chunks canned pineapple, drained
    10 strips bacon, halved
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Wrap each piece of bacon around a water chestnut and piece of pineapple.
    Secure with a toothpick and marinate overnight in soy sauce.
    Line a shallow pan with foil and top with a rack (the foil will save you a pan to scrub and the rack will insure the bacon cooks evenly).
    Place bacon rolls on rack and bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
