Woolworth'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (4 serving size)
1 c. boiling water
3 lemons
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix the jello with boiling water and juice of one lemon.
Let cool.
In separate bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and juice of one lemon.
Set aside and whip chilled evaporated milk and juice of one lemon until frothy like meringue.
Combine all three mixture. Pour into large dish lined with graham cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle crumbs on top and refrigerate.
