Apple Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. bottle apple juice, chilled
    12 oz. can frozen cranberry cocktail concentrate
    1 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 qt. ginger ale or champagne, chilled
    1 red apple (do not core)
Preparation
    In large punch bowl, combine apple juice, cranberry cocktail and orange juice.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Slowly add ginger ale or champagne.
    Vertically, thinly slice apple, forming whole apple slices.
    Float apple slices on top of punch.
    Makes 3 quarts.
