Nina'S Chicken Mull - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, cooked well done
    3 ribs celery, cut in 1/4-inch pieces
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped or 1 small can pimento, cut up
    1 qt. tomatoes, cut up
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Take chicken off the bone. Cook onions, celery, peppers and tomatoes in margarine until tender.
    Add this mixture and chicken to chicken broth.
    Add a few crumbled crackers to thicken slightly.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with saltines, ketchup and sliced onions.
