Buffet Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked cubed cold potatoes
4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
3/4 c. sweet pickles
2 small diced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. yellow mustard
Preparation

Combine potatoes, eggs, pickles, onions and salt.
Mix with mustard and mayonnaise.
Chill thoroughly and serve on lettuce. Garnish with deviled eggs and tomatoes and top with mayonnaise. Serves 6.
