Coconut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and eggs.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Put 1/2 of coconut in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
    Pour in sugar and egg mixture. Top with remaining coconut.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until done.
