Barbecue Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Combine and pour over meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done; shred meat. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or over a bed of noodles.
