Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. carrots, diced
    3 c. water
    milk (about 4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients until tender.
    Add milk, margarine and salt.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Mash potatoes for a creamier soup. Ready to serve.
