Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 small box peach jello
    7 large peaches
    1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
    whipped cream or nondairy whipped topping
Preparation
    I use Keebler cookie crust pie shell.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin.
    Pour over peaches; mix well. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until set.
    When ready to serve, spread topping over all.
