Tuna Melt Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6-oz.) cans solid, white tuna, drained and chunked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
8 slices bread
4 slices cheese
Preparation

Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion, celery and relish; mix well. Top 4 slices bread with one cheese slice.
Spread tuna mixture over the cheese and top with remaining bread.
Spread each sandwich with a wee bit of soft butter; slice in skillet.
Cook on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
