Sausage-Pancake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. sausage
    2 eggs
    1 c. pancake mix
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    pancake syrup
Preparation
    Cook and
    crumble
    sausage in skillet.\tPlace in 9-inch pie pan.
    Beat eggs slightly, add pancake mix and milk.
    Blend with fork.
    Pour
    over sausage.\tSprinkle with cheese and bake 20 minutes at\t400\u00b0.
    Cut
    into
    wedges
    and serve with syrup. Serves 4.
