Enchiladas Acapulco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1/2 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    8 to 10 tortillas
    1/2 c. chopped tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat and peppers.
    Drain.
    Add tomato sauce and kidney beans.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add 1/4 pound cheese and cook until melted.
