Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. water
    dash of mace
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package; drain.
    In a pot, combine butter, onion, flour and seasoning.
    Blend in milk gradually. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add broccoli and water; cook until heated.
    Serves 6.
