Shole Zard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 gal. water
    2 oz. nuts
    cinnamon
    1 tsp. saffron
    2 c. sugar
    2 oz. butter
Preparation
    Stir rice into the water until it comes to a boil.
    Boil for 2 to 3 hours until it is well done, then add sugar.
    After 15 minutes, add butter and saffron.
    After 15 more minutes pour it in cups and decorate with cinnamon and sliced almonds.
