Carrot Pineapple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together by hand all ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
