Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Add brown sugar.
    Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually, mixing well.
    Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
    Cut in bars.
