Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
1 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c. lime juice
1 prepared 8-inch cookie crumb pie crust
Preparation

In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk; beat until smooth.
With mixer on medium speed, add lime juice and beat for 1 minute.
Pour into pie crust and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with lime slices, berries or mint sprigs before serving.
