White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. white chocolate (melt over hot water)
    1 c. butter or oleo
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 dash salt
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking powder (sift with flour)
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and chocolate.
    Add eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla, salt, flour, baking powder and buttermilk.
    Stir in nuts and coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (layer); 75 minutes in tube pan.
    Grease and flour pans.
    Makes 3 (8-inch) layers or 2 pans.
