Pears Baked With Swordfish(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. swordfish, cut into 4 pieces
    1 red onion, cut into thin rings
    1 lb. pears, peeled and cut into julienne strips
    1 tsp. minced ginger root
    dash of grated lime peel
    juice of 2 limes
    2 whole allspice berries, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0. Set each piece of fish on a square of aluminum foil that is big enough to fold over and enclose fish. Place 1/4 of the onion rings, pears, ginger, lime peel, lime juice and allspice on each piece of fish. Fold foil around each to make a tight pack and bake for 15 minutes.
