Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. softened butter
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix together with a mixer the pumpkin, honey, molasses, milk, eggs and butter.
Make sure they are well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, raisins and nuts.
Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ones and mix only until batter is moistened.
Pour into a greased 9-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
