Chicken Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 head broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
    1 lb. linguine (thinner than spaghetti)
    1/2 stick butter
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large green bell pepper, cut in bite size pieces
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In saucepan with salted water, place broccoli and steam 4 minutes or until crisp.
    In the meantime, boil linguine in salted water for 9 minutes and drain.
