Artichoke Supreme(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. macaroni (medium shells), cooked
    1 (6 oz.) can artichokes
    1/2 small zucchini, sliced thin
    1 large carrot, shredded
    2 oz. salami, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Marinate oil, vinegar, mustard, oregano, basil, garlic and cut up artichokes for a few hours.
    Mix with remaining ingredients. Absolutely delicious.
    Serves 8 to 10.
