Homemade Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook first 10 ingredients together until done.
    Add evaporated milk and heat until hot.
    May be cooked in crock; takes about 8 hours.
