Marinated Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. minced fresh spearmint
    1 Tbsp. peeled, grated ginger root
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 c. molasses
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins (trim fat)
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Place tenderloins in large flat nonmetal dish.
    Pour mixture over tenderloins, turning to coat.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
    Remove tenderloins, reserving marinade.
    Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
    Place on grill over medium-hot grill.
    Insert a meat thermometer to thickest part.
    Cook 20 minutes on each side or until thermometer registers 160\u00b0.
    Baste often with marinade.
    Great served with wild rice.
