Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. low-fat yellow cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
1 c. egg substitute
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Combine cake mix and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, water, yogurt, egg substitute and lemon juice. Beat at medium speed for 6 minutes. Stir in poppy seed.
Spray Bundt pan with Baker's Joy or Pam.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Remove from pan and drizzle with Lemon Glaze.
