Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini, shredded or chopped
    4 c. grated onions
    1 bell green pepper
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Grind together zucchini, onion and green pepper.
    Add salt and let stand overnight.
    In the morning, rinse with 1 pint of water, squeeze dry and then add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 30 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
