Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    buttered bread (crust removed)
    10 eggs or egg substitute to equal 10 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 oz. can green chillies, undrained
    12 to 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage; crumble and drain well.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish with buttered bread, buttered side down. Layer sausage over bread.
    In blender, beat 10 eggs and 1/2 cup sour cream.
    Pour over sausage and bread.
    In blender chop green chillies.
    Pour over eggs (or spoon).
    Top with Cheddar cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until puffed and browned.
