Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    milk (for consistency)
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, butter or margarine, egg, sugar, raisins and enough milk to form a ball (soft and doughy).
    Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut with 3-inch glass approximately 1/2-inch thick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Makes 12 scones.
