Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1 (10 oz.) frozen English peas, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) bottle commercial creamy cucumber salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook rice mix according to package directions; cool slightly. Stir in peas and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
