Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, salt, baking powder, buttermilk, vanilla and flour.
    Mix real well.
    Turn batter into pans.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes (35 minutes for oblong cake).
