Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. fresh peaches
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Cook peaches in 2 tablespoons sugar a few minutes; then add to first mixture.
    Pour in 9-inch pie crust and bake about 45 minutes (until firm) at 350\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites with 3 teaspoons sugar until stiff and return to oven until meringue browns.
