No Peeky Chicky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 c. water
    2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0. Remove the skin from the chicken.
    Place the chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine soups, rice and water in a large mixing bowl. Mix well, then pour mixture over the chicken. Cover the pan with aluminum foil; bake for 2 hours. Do not peek until done.
