Swordfish Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 swordfish steaks
    6 Roma tomatoes
    1 chopped red onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped basil
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    fresh ground pepper to taste
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except fish and mix well.
    Cook fish with oil and place on hot grill for approximately 3 minutes each side or until done.
    Don't overcook.
    Top with Tomato Basil Vinaigrette.
