Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh ground cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. orange juice
2 (6 oz.) raspberry jello
1 pkg. plain gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Mix cranberries and sugar; set aside.
Dissolve jello in boiling water and gelatin.
Cool and add orange juice, pineapple, cranberries, nuts, celery and apples.
Pour into pan and chill.
