Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. cabbage
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Grate cabbage.
Add other ingredients; mix well with your hands, squeezing the cabbage.
Taste.
You may have to add more sugar and vinegar.
Makes about 1/2 gallon slaw.
