Garlic Skewered Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
    garlic
Preparation
    Place shrimp in large plastic bag; add soy sauce, garlic to taste and oil.
    Close bag and shake well.
    Marinate in bag for 10 minutes.
    Drain shrimp and alternately place shrimp and onions onto skewers.
    Shrimp may be cooked on grill or broiled in oven 5 inches from heat until shrimp are opaque.
