Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 stick margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    4 to 6 drops of Tabasco sauce
    1 pt. mushrooms
    2 to 3 c. milk
Preparation
    Simmer broth and onion about 20 minutes or until onion is tender. Add broccoli and mushrooms; simmer. In separate pan, melt margarine; add flour and milk. Whisk until blended and thick. Pour mixture into broth. Add cream, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Do not boil.
