Fruit Filled Cantaloupe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cantaloupes, chilled
    2 c. fresh blueberries
    2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
    1/4 c. grenadine (optional)
    2 tsp. lime juice (fresh)
    6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    mint leaves
Preparation
    Cut cantaloupes in half.
    Combine blueberries and strawberries.
    Pile lightly in cantaloupe halves.
    Chill at least one hour before serving.
    Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
    Makes 6 servings.
