Savory Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. (regular) uncooked rice
2 pkg. (2 oz. each) dehydrated chicken noodle soup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
2 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Break apart sausage and brown in skillet, pouring off excess fat as it accumulates.
When done, mix sausage, rice, soup, onion and celery.
Place in 2-quart casserole.
Add soy sauce to water and add to mixture.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
