Mayhaw Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. strained mayhaw juice
    1 box powdered pectin
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    3 qt. water
    1 gal. mayhaws (yields 12 c. juice)
Preparation
    Juice:
    Sort and wash berries.
    Put in large pot with water. Bring to a boil for 30 minutes.
    Strain juice twice.
