Low-Fat Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    3 c. mashed pumpkin
    4 eggs or Egg Beaters
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs.
    Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Add dry to pumpkin mix; add raisins.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
