Austin'S Awesome Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

pork chops
sliced Swiss cheese
pineapple slices
beef consomme
white wine

Preparation

Saute chops.
Deglaze pan with white wine and add beef consomme and thicken with cornstarch to desired consistency.
Lay chops in pan placing a pineapple on each.
Cover each chop with Swiss cheese.
Pour sauce on top.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
