Day After Thanksgiving Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pkg. white and wild rice mix (Uncle Ben's)
    2 to 3 c. cooked, cubed turkey or chicken
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces (undrained)
    1/4 c. chopped, roasted almonds (optional)
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, combine uncooked rice and packet of seasoning with remaining ingredients except nuts.
    Mix well. Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover; sprinkle with nuts and continue baking for 15 minutes or until rice is done.
    Makes 6 servings, 275 calories per serving.
